Getting Started

Aeira is a Lagree-based training studio focused on low-impact, high-intensity movement. Our sessions are designed to build strength, endurance, and stability through controlled, intentional training.

No prior experience is required. Our sessions are suitable for all levels, with guidance provided throughout to ensure proper form and control.

Your first session will introduce you to the method, equipment, and pace of training. Expect slow, controlled movements designed to challenge your strength and endurance in a supportive environment. Please arrive 10-12 minutes prior to the start of class to go over the machine.
General

Yes, grip socks are required for all sessions to ensure stability and safety during training. We have socks available for purchase at the front desk.

We recommend form-fitting activewear that allows for ease of movement and visibility of form.

Just yourself and water. Everything else is provided in-studio.

BOOKING AND SCHEDULING

Classes can be booked through our online schedule. Simply select your preferred session and follow the steps to confirm your booking.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first session, to allow time for check-in and a brief introduction.

Yes, classes can be adjusted within our cancellation window. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.
STUDIO POLICIES

Late cancellations or missed classes may result in the loss of a session credit or applicable fee. We recommend cancelling in advance to avoid charges.

For safety and flow of the session, late arrivals may not be permitted once the class has started.

1. General
By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or entering the studio, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. AEIRA reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Health & Safety
All clients must be physically fit to participate in Lagree-style workouts.
You agree to inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to class.
Participation is at your own risk.
AEIRA is not liable for injuries sustained during or after classes.
3. Class Bookings
All classes must be booked in advance through our website or app.
Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may be denied entry for safety reasons.
For first timers, please arrive 15 minutes prior to go over the machine.
4. Cancellation & Late Policy
Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to avoid penalties.
Late cancellations will result in loss of class credit. No-shows will incur a fee of $20.
Cancellations must be done through the website. Cancellations cannot be made over the phone or email. If you do not check-in within 5 minutes of class, your spot will be given to a waitlister.
5. Waitlist Policy
If a spot opens, you will be automatically added to the class and notified.
Standard cancellation policies apply once you are added.
It is your responsibility to remove yourself if you no longer plan to attend.
6. Memberships & Packages
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Class packages and memberships are non-transferable.
Expiration dates apply to all packages unless otherwise stated.
7. Founding Memberships
Founding memberships are only valid at the location of purchase.
The memberships are for a minimum of 6 months commitment.
No holds, no pauses, no exceptions.
Contract will auto-renew at the end of 6 months unless otherwise requested.
Once minimum terms are met, your Founding Membership rate is locked in for life.
8. 12-Month Commitment (If Applicable)
Members who commit to a 12-month agreement are responsible for the full term.
Early cancellations may result in:
A cancellation fee, or payment of the remaining balance
Freezes may be allowed with advance notice (see below).
9. Membership Freeze Policy for 12-Month Commitment
Members may freeze their membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 1 month per year.
Freeze requests must be submitted 30 days in advance before your next billing cycle.
No billing will occur during the freeze period.
10. Studio Etiquette
Grip socks are required for all classes. If you do not have grip socks, we have some available for purchase
Phones must be silenced and stored during class.
Respect instructors, staff, and other clients at all times.
No late entry once class has begun if it disrupts the session.
11. Personal Belongings
AEIRA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Storage is provided for convenience but use at your own risk.
12. Purchases & Retail
All food, beverages, socks, towels, and accessory purchases are final sale. Retail clothing may be returned at our discretion if it is within 14 days of purchase date if the items are unused and in original condition with tags intact.
Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
13. Media Release
By entering the studio, you consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing purposes.
Please notify staff in writing if you do not wish to be included.
14. Liability Waiver
By participating in any class or activity at AEIRA, you:
Acknowledge the risks associated with physical exercise
Release AEIRA, its owners, and instructors from any claims or liabilities
15. Code of Conduct
AEIRA reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for:
Disruptive behavior
Harassment or misconduct
Violation of studio policies
